JAUME PLENSA

This catalogue is published to accompany the eponymous exhibition project of the Catalan installation artist and creator of large sc ulptures Jaume Plensa. The core of his project is the Secret Heart, a massive suspended heart in the former gasometer of the Augsb urg-Oberhausen gasworks created from a critical engagement with the text collection The Secret Heart of the Clock, the posthumous no tations of the Nobel literature laureate Elias Canetti.
